Chapman’s carefully trims the freshest east coast Canadian Atlantic Salmon and cures it with Sea Salt, unrefined Demerera Sugar, fresh Dill, and fresh ground Black Pepper – creating a mild delectable taste with subtle salty/sweet – dill undertones.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: It doesn’t have to be a special occasion to serve just because its tastes special. GRAVLAX is a must try when having a brunch, with a light lunch, as an appetizer before dinner, or as an hors d’oeuvre at cocktail parties.
